About The Highland County EMA

The Office of Emergency Management operates under the mandate of Ohio Revised Code Section 5502, which requires each county to maintain an Emergency Management program. This program is designed to reduce the impact of disasters and support community recovery efforts.

EMA Board meetings occur at 7PM on the third Tuesday of January, March, May, July, September, and November. Meetings are held at the EMA offices.
